DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY
Bloomworth Home respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, contributors, and third parties to do the same.
If you believe that material available on BloomworthHome.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint requesting removal of the material.
1. Filing a Copyright Complaint
To submit a copyright complaint, send a written notice to:
Email: hello@bloomworthhome.com
Your notice should include:
-
your name and contact information,
-
identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed,
-
identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the website,
-
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized,
-
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner,
-
and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes legally required information.
3. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, we may remove content or restrict access for repeat infringement concerns.
4. Important Note About DMCA Agent Registration
Posting a DMCA page on your website is not, by itself, the same as formal designated-agent registration for U.S. DMCA safe-harbor purposes. The U.S. Copyright Office says service providers must both post the agent information on their site and register that agent with the Copyright Office directory if they want that step completed properly.
