I used to think sheets were just sheets. For years, I just bought whatever was cheap and available. But then I splurged on one really nice set, and I swear, my whole sleep experience changed. It turns out the place you get your bedding from makes a huge difference.

Don’t be afraid to mix and match, either. Sometimes I’ll splurge on a really nice fitted sheet and duvet cover, but then buy cheaper pillowcases from a place like Target since those get replaced more often anyway.

Ultimately, you spend a third of your life in bed, so it’s okay to invest a little in making it a place you truly love. A good night’s sleep is worth it.
